ABOUT ME

I’m a middle-aged man who got tired of the way he looked in the mirror. I had reached 308 pounds and was sickened by what I saw. That’s when I decided to take control of my health. I put in the work to figure out what actually worked and what didn’t. I initially lost weight without the Keto diet, but I found myself stuck at every plateau.

That’s when I switched to Keto and cut my workouts from 6–7 days a week to just 3–5, with far less time commitment. I work two jobs, so this was a game-changer for me.

Most importantly, I’m a proud husband to my beautiful wife and a dad to two amazing little girls. They’re my biggest motivation. I hope when you join me on this journey, you’ll find the same kind of breakthrough and inspiration that I did.
